Equipped with high precision CNC equipment, we have the capability to machine intricate shapes and profiles to suit your needs. Some of the common parts we make are switchboard components (cleats, drilled panels, busbar cutouts), transformer insulations, gaskets, slot wedges, washers etc. Our machining equipment include

Tube Rolling
We can manufacture tubes in a range of materials like Paper Bakelite, Fabric Bakelite, G11 epoxy glass, Melamine glass, Silicone glass. We offer a comprehensive range of sizes from 10mm to 230mm on the ID and a max OD of 310mm. Tubes may be cut to size and/or machined.
Assembly
We can assemble and supply finished products as required by you. Some of the products we supply to our customers include tapswitches, terminal blocks, spools and bobbins.
Prototyping
We can assist you with making prototypes in a cost effective manner. Equipped with 3D CAD and CAM softwares, we can work with your 3D models and machine intricate shapes. CAD drafting services may also be offered as desired.
Reverse Engineering
We can help you build components from samples or worn out parts. We have the capability to measure and machine the parts and with the choice of our materials, you may actually end up with a better suited part than the original for your application.
